How it works

• Health scoring — your community gets scored across five dimensions: growth, engagement, content, events, and retention. See what's working and what needs attention.
• 5-phase journey — the Coach guides you from initial setup through to scale, with clear milestones at each phase.
• AI recommendations — based on your community's actual data, not generic tips. If engagement dropped 15% this week, the Coach tells you and suggests what to try.
• Thread summarization — the Coach can summarize long discussion threads, helping you stay on top of what your community is talking about.
• Smart moderation — AI-assisted moderation tools help you maintain quality as your community grows.

Getting started

Community admins can enable the Coach from community settings. Once enabled, you'll see the Coach in your admin dashboard with your health scores and the journey tracker.
