Emoji Reactions

The old like/helpful/insightful buttons are gone. In their place: a full emoji reaction system that works everywhere.

What changed

• React with any emoji — click the reaction button on any thread, marketplace listing, or event to pick an emoji. Popular reactions show as badges below the content.
• Works everywhere — threads, marketplace listings, events, and chat rooms all support emoji reactions with the same consistent interface.
• Reaction filtering — on the marketplace, you can filter listings by reactions to find the most popular items.
• Share content — a new share button lets you share threads, events, and articles via your device's native share sheet or clipboard.

Under the hood

We built a generic reactions system that works with any content type. This means as we add new features, emoji reactions will work there too without extra work.
