Messages Reliability Improvements

A series of reliability and UX improvements to the messaging system launched last week.

What's improved

• WebSocket reconnection — Messages now automatically reconnect when your connection drops, with a new WebSocketManager architecture that handles visibility changes and network interruptions.
• Inline GIFs — GIFs now render inline in conversations instead of as download links.
• Attachment improvements — Images render immediately when sent (optimistic updates), URLs no longer overflow the message bubble, and attachments use the storage backend for reliable delivery.
• Content pipeline — A new centralized approval page for managing community content.
