A complete rebuild of the messaging system. Messages now support everything you'd expect from a modern chat experience.

What's new

• Group conversations — Create groups with up to 50 members. Name the group, set a photo, add or remove members anytime.
• Media attachments — Share photos and files directly in conversations.
• GIF support — Search and send GIFs from a built-in Giphy-powered picker.
• Emoji reactions — React to any message with the full emoji set.
• Quoted replies — Reply to a specific message with a quote preview for context.
• Message editing — Edit your own messages within 15 minutes of sending.
• Message deletion — Delete your own messages within 10 minutes.

Why it matters

Community members need more than one-to-one text messages. Group conversations let committees coordinate, event organizers plan, and friend groups stay connected — all without leaving the platform. Media and reactions make conversations richer and more expressive.
