Personas — Smarter Switching and Mobile Support

Personas are now smarter and available on mobile.

What's new

• Context-aware switching — When you navigate between communities, your persona switches automatically. The platform remembers which persona you use where.
• Change persona in a community — You can now switch which persona you use in a community without leaving it. Go to the community settings to pick a different one.
• Mobile persona management — Create, edit, and switch personas from the mobile app. Your persona preferences sync across devices.
• Persona-based DMs — When you message someone from a community, they see the persona you use there. Conversations stay consistent with your community identity.
